Studio Burdąg operates under the legal entity of the Burdąg Foundation. Our studios are available for rent to organizers of all kinds of workshops, coachings and residencies. On a daily basis the Burdąg Foundation provides space for creation, facilitates research and exploration to recipients of current tendencies in performance art.

Ludzie Fundacji Burdąg:
Dancer and choreographer. Board chairman of Burdąg Foundation. A graduate of London Contemporary Dance School, the Place in London (1998-2001) and School of New Dance Development in Amsterdam in choreography (2003-2007). Currently based in Warsaw is an active maker on the Polish dance scene. (www.marysiastoklosa.pl)
Actress and director. She graduated from the Faculty of History of the University of Warsaw followed by the Actor’s Studio in Cracow. In the 70s she collaborated with Theatre STU and subsequently with Janusz Wiśniewski Theatre Company in the 80s. She acted in and directed a plethora of plays staged both in Poland and abroad.
Composer, pianist, publisher, producer, pilot, chairman of Studio Buffo the first private music theatre in Poland. Authored over 200 music and film scores. The pioneer of polish musicals such as “Metro”, “Peter Pan”, “Romeo and Juliette”, “Miss Tutli Putli”, “Polita”.
Manages the Burdąg Foundation and Studio Burdąg along with it. Psychotherapist, mediator, coordinator of cultural events. She runs a private psychotherapy practice and an intergenerational movement improvisation group called Kiosk Ruchu (Movement Kiosk). She enjoys working with groups, supporting project production by facilitating communication and creative endeavors.
In charge of promoting Studio Burdąg and caretaking of the Studio’s compound. Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Art from the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, currently studying on the faculty of Polish studies.
