Burdag Studio is offering an Artist Residency program that allows individual creators, artists and researchers to spend time for work or rejuvenation. During the offered weeks, the doors of our place open to self-organized residencies for artists involved in performing arts, choreography, music, composition, photography, literature, and visual arts. We provide accommodation, meals, and space for work and reflection, amidst the forest and lakes. We can accommodate twenty-two people in two or three-person rooms.

Burdag Studio residency program is designed to support artists and encourage the development of their artistic practice. We strive to promote diversity and inclusivity, support sustainable and environmentally conscious practices, make art in harmony with nature, find sustainable solutions for art-making, and foster connections between artists from the West and East of Europe and across borders from around the world.

We offer one- or two-week self-funded and self-organized residency slots, which provide ample time for residents to focus on their work and explore their creative potential. Whether you’re looking to delve deeper into an existing project or seeking inspiration for something new, our program offers the time and space you need to nurture your creativity.
